I absolutely love seeing the talents and creative ideas of other artisans like myself and take pride in the community I’ve built from this market. A tradition from this handmade market is our charity Tombola (raffle) where each of our vendors generously donates a prize from their table and 100% of proceeds go towards a charity/non-profit organization of choice. A small café is usually organized at the market to quench the thirst of our eager shoppers and delicious baked goods are also at hand to fuel their energy. In the past few years, to add to the festive moods during the Christmas handmade market, we’ve had a volunteer group of carolers as well as Santa visiting to take photos with the kids!
